Moss Alley did a great job with a complicated repair: Prompt communication, reasonable rates, and they handled a lot of the arrangements with insurance and a tow company so I didn't have to worry about doing it myself. A trustworthy, reliable, convenient place. I don't like having to own a car but until Seattle has a transit system that actually works, I'm glad I can bring it here.

The guys at Moss Alley are not only incredibly knowledgeable and do quick work, but they are also excellent communicators who have the customers’ best interest in mind. I went in with a litany of potential issues and the folks were able to identify them and create a plan to tackle them all within my budget. There was no attempt to oversell me on things that didn’t fit my immediate needs, there was only a genuine commitment to helping me get my car on the road. They explained my next steps and the timeframe I should probably do them in, as well as exactly what to look for to ensure that their work was successful. Cannot recommend the team enough. The icing on the cake was how they even let me into the shop 15 minutes before they opened, even though I got my appointment timing wrong. Thanks again, Moss Alley Motors!

Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the concerns of the vehicle. Also, straightforward which is always a pleasure to work with folks that have those principles.

Looks like others have had good experiences here; unfortunately I didn't. I had an oil change, and the technicians said I had a wheel ball bearing going bad and the engine belts required changing. I know the belts were changed at 87k miles (currently 97k), and after running for a year and going to a second shop, no issues with the wheel bearings came up. I think Moss Alley Motors attempted to scam me. They're good when you know exactly what you need, but beware their 'findings' on inspections.

Moss Alley Motors made quick work of the diagnosis and replacement of my car's broken blower motor, and they were upfront about the cost of parts and labor. My car's HVAC is working like new again. Thank you for exceptional service!
