They are always so helpful, kind, and explain everything clearly to you. I appreciate their price transparency as well. It takes the stress out of dealing with my car, particularly as a woman. They never talk down to me or try to upcharge.

Moss Alley Motors is an incredible shop. Every time I go in, they are so kind, willing to help and answer my questions, and accommodating. I recently had a bad experience at a shop out of state and had to bring my Subaru here where the news was not good, but they were so sympathetic and more than willing to talk me through the issues. As a female-bodied person, I always worry that I'll be taken advantage of by mechanics, and I can say I have never felt that way at Moss Alley, they create such a warm and welcoming environment, and as long as I live in Seattle, they will be my go-to shop!! Thanks guys!

I've literally been a customer for 20+ years since 2003 when I was in college and have found Donovan, AJ, Kendra, Lou and the rest of their crew to be exceptionally trustworthy, faiy priced, knowledgeable, and above all excellent at their craft. They've cared for 4 of my cars so far, including continue keeping my 2000 4x4 running reliability for 18 of them. Give these folks a call. You'll be glad you did.

I have been a loyal and very satisfied client for 30 years! They took marvelous care of my ‘78 FJ55 LandCruiser. I would still be driving if if It hadn’t been totalled in a head-on some years ago. I replaced it with a 4Runner which now has well over 225,000 miles and runs like a champ thanks to their excellent service and integrity!
