Moss Alley is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to, hands down! As a woman and someone who knows very little about cars, I feel respected and treated fairly every time I bring my car in. Their prices are very fair and they will even tell me when I don't need a service quite yet! Our family sees them for all of our vehicles and have done so for years. We cannot recommend them enough!

Very efficient and professional!

I have brought many different “problems” to Moss Alley over the 30 yrs I have been bringing my Toyotas to to them for service, repairs and what, sometimes, are not problems but cluelessness on my part. This time was about being stuck in 4w drive and not being able to get out of it. To begin with, I haven’t a clue how I got there. For a day, or so, I’d noticed the tire”chatter” in an intersection turn or parking. Since I knew I hadn’t put it into 4w drive, I figured it was my imagination gone awry. Then I thought maybe something catastrophic was about to leave me stranded. I messed with trying to get it out of 4w drive to no avail. Moss Alley’s more than competent and indulgent mechanics spent not a whole lot of time on it and solved the “problem”. “The transmission needs to be in neutral to make that switch to and from 4w drive.” I swear to the universe, I have never seen that in th manual! They have elevated my respect for their services and integrity to even greater heights. No more painfully noisy (and embarrassing grinding noises come winter! Yay!!!!
