Moss Alley treats me well. If I ask for a certain job they may refuse to do it as they says it is not required. If I go in for one thing, they may find another and take care of it. Their care assures my 24 year old Volvo remains in pristine mechanical condition.

The manager was so helpful both on the phone and in person. He showed me how to check the oil in my car free of charge and told me I had to stand up to my dealer who was going to make me do a full multi-point inspection for a case of simple reset of the maintenance minder. He could have taken advantage of my inexperience but didn’t. I’m definitely coming back here next time where I know I’ll be treated honestly and fairly!
