No shenanigans of any sort, just high quality, no nonsense service. Our cars run great, and feel taken care of and cared for, and it is super-easy to schedule appointments on their web site, and drop offs and pick ups are easy and mellow. Moss Alley is the only place I take my 2000 Toyota Tacoma sr5. I do a lot of my own work and maintenance but nothing beats the quick turnaround they are able to provide in most cases and excellent results. They are committed to getting it right and are well worth their rates. This truck has immense sentimental value to me as it was my grandfather's and I got it when he passed. I baby the hell out of it and don't trust it anywhere... have slowly built my trust with moss alley over a few years. Starting with simple things I just didn't have time to get done at the time to most recently replacing engine gasket and clutch. They even went above and beyond adjusting my clutch rod and making sure the clutch felt great after initially thinking it was the master clutch cylinder, they spent the time to figure out there was only a minor adjustment of the clutch rod required to get it solid again

Moss Alley treats me well. If I ask for a certain job they may refuse to do it as they says it is not required. If I go in for one thing, they may find another and take care of it. Their care assures my 24 year old Volvo remains in pristine mechanical condition.
