I showed up without an appointment, because I hadn't recognized that your reminder e-mail about the appointment required a response. Apparently my failure to respond kicked me off the appointments list. But you took my car in anyway. I appreciate that. I haven't had a chance to fully review the work, so that's all I'm prepared to say for now. I live 100 yards from your front door, so there's a good chance I'll be calling on you again.

This is a place to trust your car with, 100%. They not only do a great job but they also don't push you to get unnecessary stuff done. Big plus is that they prefer online appointments and they follow up real quick on confirmations.

While visiting Seattle for work I started having engine trouble in my brand-new-to-me vehicle from a Toyota dealership. I limped my vehicle to their shop because they happened to be the nearest mechanic. I got so fortunate that the nearest mechanic was Moss Alley, in what was a very unfortunate circumstance. AJ was the mechanic who told me right before close they would fit my vehicle in, was the mechanic who took hours out of his time to get me savvy enough to talk to the dealership about his findings-a blown head gasket-, who took pictures and wrote testimony on my behalf. Everyone I spoke to at the front desk was not only helpful but patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I’ll happily pay their shop rates and go out of my way to have my future vehicles serviced here.

I am an investigative journalist and left my car to gather evidence..... They told me the car would be taken inside, yet the car was left on the side of the road for hours...I specifically was not ok with the car being left outside a garage. I am also a disabled veteran and needed transportation, told them I needed an honest time frame. They took double the amount of time. When I called to complain, they refused service for future visits. The reason I am investigating them is parking concerns from neighbors....people who live in the neighborhood have trouble finding parking due to how this shop does business....they pretend to give back through BBQ.....this is only to attract business and much of the community really doesn't want an auto shop in beautiful capital hill... Especially one that turns away disabled veterans for complaining about not providing reasonable accommodation when dropping my car off.... I arranged to drop in the bay due to disability.... They refused and made me park down the street. This is illegal and a violation of ADA laws!
