My first time using Moss Alley, very pleased with their service and honesty in not replacing filters that were OK

I've been going to Moss Alley Motors for the past 3 years to fix my ancient Toyota Previa minivan and they always do a good job, the price is fair, and customer service is great. I don't see a reason to go to another shop.

I just needed a service check on my VW Jetta TDI. The only thing I needed was a battery replacement, which they did for less than what I was looking at just to replace the battery myself. Very efficient and clear about costs upfront.

This place is great. Will not do unnecessary service...only what is needed.

Super easy drop off and pick up. AJ was very accomadating and made the whole experience very professional and trustworthy. Will be back again for any car needs I have!

Great service on my Volvo but they are a more expensive option than other shops in Seattle for basic repairs like tire patch and oil change

Moss Alley are great, they have never recommended work I don't need, the work they do is great, and they recently even recommended that I see a different shop for some repairs that could be done more easily and cheaply with different tools and expertise. Cannot recommend these folks enough.
