Amazing service. Picked up the phone first try, got me in next day, did inspection and repairs same day. Showed me exactly what I was paying for by line item, even went out of their way to teach me about rotors, show me my old parts, and teach me about my windshield wiper. LGBTQ+ friendly. 11/10 will come back.

I've been bringing my Toyota to this shop for a number of years. They are terrific! This week I took my car in and I was positive I needed to replace the starter battery. Kendra suggested they might be able to charge it up and sure enough, they did. That saved me a lot of money and I appreciate this shop.

I’ve had a persistent exhaust system problem with my Honda CRV that causes the engine light to go on. They are diligent and explain things to the customer in layman terms. Great customer service and even though I don’t like the maintenance news I feel like they are knowledgeable and professional about the work. I will use them again.

I have been a customer of Moss Alley for almost 20yrs. They have done a fantastic job caring for many Hondas and now our first toyota. I appreciate that they would warn me about upcoming repairs with a cost break down; which was especially useful when I was a poor college student and needed time to save money for repairs/maintenance. They are patient and always have time to explain anything I don't understand with knowledge, friendliness and humor. In a world of dodgy mechanics...Moss Alley stands out with their hardwork and honesty. They guys truely are one of the best!
