Moss Alley are great, they have never recommended work I don't need, the work they do is great, and they recently even recommended that I see a different shop for some repairs that could be done more easily and cheaply with different tools and expertise. Cannot recommend these folks enough.

Corny as it may be, as a woman it’s very easy to feel intimidated or like you’re being taken advantage of with car repairs- but the employees at Moss Alley went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. They are extremely informative, compassionate, and most importantly honest. My car ended up needing a multi thousand dollar fix, and rather than try to lock me into an expensive repair, they offered alternative solutions that best fit my needs. I can’t recommend them enough!

They make sure our car keeps running, and they give us good options when it comes to repairs and maintenance. Just today, I brough my car in for an oil change, and they discovered that our brakes needs to be redone. They were able to get the work done today before we take a long road trip tomorrow. Always A+!

Took my 2004 Acura in today for an oil change and a potential brake pad replacement. Very direct customer service, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on any service I didn’t need. In fact, they told me I probably didn’t need new brake pads at the moment and to come in in a few months as well as some other things to look out for about my car. The guy helping me even remembers going out and test driving one of my cars when they were released. I appreciated the anecdote. Nice people
