I emailed after hours about a concern I had about my Volvo check engine light. I inquired if they had time to look at it the next day. To my surprise, that evening I got a reply to drop it by the next am. The next day they ran the diagnostics, I got the estimates by midday. My car was done within 48 hours of my initial contact with Moss Alley. I should say its not the first time I have had them work on my car. I have found everyone working there to be kind, honest and efficient. Thank you for your good care.

First time going in for an oil change on my vehicle , it was very easy to schedule my appointment online. Scheduled it for 8am the night before (staff was very punctual as expected) & my vehicle was ready by 4pm. Thank you so much! Also, the decor in the office area was nice to see!

Very disappointing experience but staff was polite. Came in for a diagnostic with the intention of getting necessary repairs done here as well. With the larger picture of retaining me as a customer who will likely spend a significant amount of money on repairs, they should have handled this differently. Either figure out the issue and then include the labor for figuring out and repairing the issue on the repairs end, or say "this is a complicated issue, you should take it elsewhere". I work in a industry with heavy client-interaction and managing expectations is important. Here they charged me for the diagnostic service and had my car in the shop for a full day but did not diagnose the issue. I feel like I just wasted a hundred bucks down the drain. I have no motivation to go back there. It feels like they dont care about customer retention, as any business should. Edit to add: they charge 3% credit card fee. I had cash but did not know of this. It may not be much but they should mention it to their customers.
