I took my 2012 Nissan Altima in after 2 warning lights came on and my car started running rough at highway speeds and completely shutting off while simply idling at traffic lights. I received a quick response from the online request for an appointment and my car was repaired 24 hours after dropping it off. I've used Nissan dealerships in the past and paid thousands of dollars, as well as having to wait weeks for the repairs to be completed. I read previous reviews of experiences with Moss Alley and every one was glowing praise. I will keep Moss Alley on speed dial for future work.

Called on the phone to inquire about the purchase of service. An inconsiderate and unprofessional, very rude person supplied me with a rant full of rubbish that went on way too long. Furthermore, the very simple straightforward question I called up about, never did even remotely get answered.

My brother-in-law is a mechanic in another state and found Moss Alley for us years ago as an independent spot that would treat us well and fairly. We've been taking multiple cars here for years, even after moving to another neighborhood.

Easy to make appointments online, not scheduling too far out. The people are great, the service is impeccable. I love that after they do the diagnostics they send you a detailed list of everything they found and cost to fix you can choose what you fix via text. For me it's always been same day too.
