These guys are A1 in terms of dedication/commitment & transparent communication. I never once felt left-in-the-dark about the status of my vehicle repair, and they were refreshingly proactive with regards to letting me know about next steps as well as if they discovered something new. Donovan was the one I corresponded with the most, and he was excellent overall — not a single gripe or sticking point from my end. So grateful to the team at Moss Alley!

I use Moss Alley Motors for 2 reasons. First is their service. I always feel like I have stepped back in time in the way that Kendra Donovan and team delivers top quality Customer Service. I worked for Nordstrom for three decades and there it was our goal to provide the kind of service that Moss Alley consistently delivers. The second reason is trust. I trust them, as they are always transparent, fair and keep me informed. Plus, just really nice people to be around! How can you beat that!

GREAT SERVICE!

Five stars as usual. I took it in to replace the alternator, and they wanted to keep it an extra day so they would have time to check everthing imaginable. They pamper the venicle. In the past I have asked for certain services, and they refused saying "you don't need that". I trust their judgement and their service.

"We don't service Teslas" even though I was inquiring about a simple Tire Patch. I was asked to look for a tire shop or a dealership, which is pretty obvious. I understand that they're pursuing more profitable services, but the response was incredibly rude. Definitely don't recommend them.

Great service! We made an appointment for the wrong day by accident. When we brought the car in two weeks early they fit us in anyway. Very professional and easy to work with.
