In addition to being an incredibly convenient location (4 minute walk from where I live), this is easily the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at an auto repair shop... and most other places for that matter. I had my emergency brake and other associated parts repaired here, and they were transparent about pricing, quick, efficient, and super kind and friendly throughout. Kendra was a dream to work with. She was proactive in her approach, and called the moment a part I'd been waiting for was no longer on national backorder and left a super excited voicemail. Talk about dedication and caring about your clients! On top of all that, Kendra's french bulldog, Tank, is adorable and loves meeting new people. 5 stars all around. This place is seriously awesome. I'll be bringing all my auto repair needs here!

Wonderful shop! Honest, reliable and quick!

I went here to have the horn of my car fixed and wheels inspected for leaks since I have had to fill my tires every ~2 weeks. They did a good job fixing my horn (though it seemed expensive). They weren't able to find anything wrong with my tires. I drove the car for about 2 hours the next day. It was shaking quite hard but I was in a rush. When I investigated the wheel, the lug nuts were so loose I could have unscrewed them with my hand. This is quite dangerous that they left the car in this state. They did fix the lug nuts when I brought it back to the shop though.

I found that I had two screws that made my tire flat. They have been my mechanic of choice for many years. They let me bring my car in on the spot and fixed the problem. I appreciated their responsiveness.

There was a lot of work to be done on my Audi. Moss Alley folks were very communicative regarding price and when it would be completed. And now that I have it, my car is running better than it has in a long time!
