I went to have a catalytic converter shield installed. It was easy to schedule online. My questions were answered on the phone and online. The shop is clean and orderly in a great location, with nice staff who communicate well. Everything was on time as promised. As I drove away I noticed a new rattle. I drove right back, and they made the necessary adjustment to resolve it. What's not to love?

I love this local shop. They've been around for many years and have always treated me (and my Subaru) great! I only wish they were open on Saturdays.
