Excelent services and very nice person

I was trying to get home to Boise for Thanksgiving with my son. A.J. and Moss Alley Motors were able to get my car in, diagnose the problem, make the repair, and get me on my way in time. I appreciated their help and their extra efforts!

How to break into our car and they immediately were available within a day oh, they kept us updated with good communication and they were so pleasant and professional to work with. Would highly recommend them

A bit delayed but as a New Yorker, skeptical of the typical script of car service and mechanics, Moss Alley was a pleasant surprise and now my go to garage. Donovan was straight up about what a needed to get done then and there and what could honestly wait. The option to pay via Zelle is super convenient too. The next time I came in they made it super easy to get my car towed in and when they couldn’t find what was wrong other than my battery needed so serious charging, my bill was waived. I certainly won’t be going to any other garage.

So happy to be treated with respect, served quickly, and honestly by a crew that has a good sense of humor. I'm so glad I've found y'all!
