Wonderful neighborhood mechanic!

Missed my 9 am appointment arriving at 1030 Kendra was pleasant and professional, she spoke to the shop and reported they could service my vehicle and would need the car until 5:30. I went home and got a text around 3:30 that the vehicle was ready. Highly recommend Moss Alley.

The folks behind the desk and in the shop are very competent and conscientious. We have been taking our Audi A6 there for more than 5 years with a variety of problems. They always give us an honest estimate and call us to OK the work with a quote that has rarely, if ever, been unreasonable--it is a 20-year old car after all. I'm glad we found them so soon after moving to the city.
