This is my local autobody shop. They have an old school field and a neighborhood vibe. I am a reluctant car owner – I much prefer getting around on bike and my foot – so I appreciate that this is not a suburban-style huge parking lot kinda place. They fit into the neighborhood really well. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Price may be higher than big chains, but I believe in buy local 100%. They do price match with dealerships, FYI.

The Employees and mechanics are all super helpful. Always explaining everything to the fullest before diving in on a repair. I will be a loyal customer for many years.

I had a great experience with Moss Alley Motors. Kendra and Donovan helped me get set up with a pre-sale inspection on a 2004 Toyota RAV4 with short notice (thank you). The car was a bust! The mechanic was kind to stop the inspection before doing much major work, as she recognized that the vehicle was not worth purchasing early on. I appreciated the clear and thorough communication throughout the process, and did not mind paying the light expense at the end reflecting the short inspection. I would recommend bringing a vehicle here for this service. Saved me time and money on that particular car that wouldn't have been well spent. Many thanks!

Super easy to schedule an appointment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, communicated clearly and had my car serviced and ready for pickup in just a few hours. I had a few maintenance items that needed to be taken care of and the cost was lower than expected. Would recommend.
