My catalytic converters was stolen. Donavon installed a Cat Security shield on my Prius to prevent any future catalytic converters being stolen. Mine was stolen and it took 3 weeks to get replacement due to back orders ($3,000 to replace!!!). Never again. I feel really secure thieves won't be able to steal it again. Top notch team from reception, service writer to technician were the best. Highly recommend and will be my shop of choice for all future needs. Thanks again.

I’m very grateful for Moss Alley. I had some trouble with a recently purchased used car and the team pulled through for me. Especially grateful for the amount of communication I received as they were working on the car.

Once again Moss Alley was there when we needed them. We had an unexpected need to tow our car to Moss Alley. It arrived first thing in the morning, and Moss Alley wasn't expecting us. They took us in with grace, fit us in the schedule, determined that much less needed to be done than we thought, and got us on our way in less time than we ever expected. And as a bonus I got to hang out and briefly chat with the crew about ancient childhood games we remember.

Excellent customer service with prompt repairs

Reliably top quality work. No job is too small, large or complicated. Excellent personal service. Two major jobs/visits in and they are now definitely my shop of choice.

The service visit started out rough with some misunderstandings between me and the person who checked the car in. Donovan jumped in and made sure that my complaints were heard and he personally shepherded the car through the process. I feel that if Donovan knows something isn't 100% ok with your experience, he will make it right.
