I have been using Moss Alley for probably 13 years to service my vehicles. All of my experiences have been very positive. The staff, especially Kendra and Donovan, are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I've always felt that their pricing was fair and reasonable and they have done what they said when they said they would do it. I will continue to use their services based on my positive experiences over the last 13 years. With that said, I did encounter one new and annoying thing during my September 2019 visit. A sign at the front desk stated that a 3% surcharge / fee would be levied on all credit card transactions. Just be aware of this so you can accurately predict your final cost.

First time going to an auto shop and I will be a customer until the day I move out of Seattle. They squeezed me in for an oil change on the same day I called, agreed to check the charging system while they were at it, and took a bunch of time explaining reasons why the tire pressor lights might be going off. Two hours later I got a call saying that everything was done already, and giving more info on the tire pressor sensors. Donovan spent 15 minutes explaining more in depth the pros and cons of checking the tire pressor lights now on my snow tires, explaining that he didn't want me to spend money on a check that might not make the most sense. Awesome customer service, very punctual and friendly, knows their stuff. Highly recommend.
