The front office staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I take my 18 year old Honda in for a regular oil change. They also do a general check for fluids, leaks, and tire pressure. They find and fix things like a brake light that is burned out. They do not tell me I need all kinds of additional parts and expensive maintenance. I am very pleased with Moss Alley.

Moss Alley is the best. They have been servicing my cars for years. They always give me the straight scoop and they don't waste my time or money.

They got my volvo v50 in same day to fix a few issues... awesome service, fair prices, and very knowledgeable, personable staff. I’ll be coming back for my next service for sure!

I've been to many auto service shops but Moss Alley is the only one I have ever trusted. Other shops lead you to believe you need thousands of dollars of work done immediately or your car will stop running. Moss Alley will tell you how much time a part has before it will become a major problem. Then you get to decide when to replace it. Want an honest shop? Go to Moss Alley.

Moss Alley is literally right down the street from my new apartment and I've been hoping to find a cool, local shop that would work on my slightly older, slightly uncommon Japanese car. Not only did they offer to work on, but during our initial conversation they were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. When I brought my car in for my first appointment the service was prompt, detailed and the price was even *lower* than I was expected ... especially for a shop in the heart of the city!
