Unless you want to overpay, don't go here. Everything is at least 200 bucks more than anywhere else I have ever taken my vehicles. I've had two experiences here, both were vehicle inspections and in both cases they added up a lot of work that the cars obviously did not need. Good tires were rated bad, oil changes were claimed to be needed when in fact I had the DAY BEFORE just changed the oil. Not only are they overpriced, by at least 33%, they add up work that is not needed. Beware. Edit: I can't figure out how to reply in-line to Moss Alley Motors response. So I will respond here, in my edit. I have had two cars into Moss Alley. The first was our 2002 Subaru Impreza, that we were buying. The second was a pre-sale on a 2000 Tacoma that we were selling. On both vehicles Moss Alley added up what we thought were too many charges, at pretty high prices. Like maybe you can sell your services to college kids that don't know Seattle very well prices, but overall pretty high. The Subaru was first, and we still bought the car. The Tacoma was only because that was the place the buyer of our car wanted to take our vehicle to for pre-inspection. So ok. When the pre-inspection came back I remember distinctly pulling out my oil change paperwork from the day before to show that even the oil change you were recommending, etc, had all been done... the previous day. Like... did you all check the dipstick? I think I have the receipts for the first time we stopped buy, I can scan and post them and then compare to other shops prices for the same work you all quoted, would that help everyone?
Gentry we see no record of your visit. When were you in?
