My favorite mechanic in Seattle. I have been going to Moss Alley Motors since I moved here five years ago. Donavan and his team are lovely individuals and are great at explaining what's going on with my car, what needs to be fixed now and what we can wait to do with the time estimate/miles estimate. Every time I go, I know my car is in good hands, and I feel like I'm getting a fair price. Plus they have an adorable dog named Otis.

These folks care about their customers and remember you. I have been going to Moss Alley with my 18 year old car for the last year and I find them to be reasonably priced and give excellent service. My car battery died right before i left town and they were able to squeeze me in to replace it and do an oil change in just a few hours. Plus I like supporting a small women run business.

This was out 1st visit. My Daughter’s out of state car needed an oil change and possibly a tire rotation. I’m quite pleased to say that our entire experience was positive. 1) They were able to get us in the morning of the call. 2) The two people we talked with (AJ & Kendra) were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional 3) Kendra, at the desk, had a very personable nature and clearly knew what she was doing (a real pro). 4) Finally, the tire rotation was not needed so they a) did not do it, b) did not bill us for the unneeded work! In summary, I would recommend Moss Alley to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to have auto repair (A+ in my book). Kendra & AJ - Thank You!
