Everyone at Moss Alley is so friendly that it's a pleasure to take the car in and chat. Their service is always excellent, timely, and reliable, and communication is very clear and honest. We have been coming here for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I've taking my cars here for close to 20 years. I can not recommend them highly enough. It's been the same folks pretty much the whole time too. Kendra and Donovan always treat me right, do AMAZING work, and charge fairly. I'll be continuing to take my cars here as long as I live in Seattle and they are open.
