I have been coming to moss alley with my parents since I was a kid, and now I go as an adult. There is a reason we have stayed so loyal to them over the decades. I appreciate how friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming the staff is. Additionally, they are reliable and honest. I never worry about them trying to rip me off. Great auto shop. Everyone is friendly, experienced, and prompt. I've been going to this shop for a few years and have never had an issue. Bonus points for always having a cute dog somewhere in the shop.
