Seattle Auto Repair

Excellent service both at the counter and in the shop! Moss Alley is the go-to place for our cars.

Best auto service I have ever been lucky enough to find. Just infinite attention paid - to all important car issues. I feel safe and welcomed there. World class service.

Consistently great service over the past 15+ years for all my Toyotas. I completely trust Moss Alley!

I love supporting this local business. They have always been very straightforward with us on car repairs and reasonable with their rates given they are right in the heart of Capital Hill.

Moss Alley has taken care of our cars for many years, to our pleasure. Most recently we had both cars in the shop at the same time, and both were done on time or early, with great customer care. We have been pleased with the results and have recommended Moss Alley to our friends as a fair, high quality repair shop.

Moss Alley has been my choice for years because it provides reliability, good service, and reasonable pricing. The friendly staff seals the deal.

Noticed a low tire pressure indicator when I started the car for a trip out of town. Took the car to Moss Alley Motors. They removed the screw, patched up the tire, provided waiting area for us and our cat. We were on our way in under an hour. Excellent work and company again. So convenient too!

Super helpful, trustworthy, affordable, friendly. They've been my go-to mechanics for a few years now. It's normally just for routine maintenance (and I totally trust them if they tell me something needs to be done on my car, because usually they don't). Recently my catalytic converter was stolen and they helped me get it replaced quickly, got a guard put on, and were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. I can tell they're working hard to keep things as affordable as they can for their customers too.
