Moss Alley is even easier! I love that I can drop in unexpectedly with a service need and they'll fit me in. I've been taking my car there for decades and wouldn't go anywhere elese! They are the best and easiest!

They're friendly, professional and know what they're doing! One time they even charged me less than they had quoted me because one of their mechanics "has small hands" and was able to make the repair without removing other parts that could have been in the way. They're great!

When I called Moss Alley to ask about a serious warning light that had just come on, they answered on the first ring, gave good advice about whether to drive the car, got me into the shop that afternoon and by the next AM had some diagnostic information from the car computer, and some recommendations on how to proceed slowly and least expensively. By the next afternoon I was on the road again. They do a great job at Moss Alley, and the atmosphere is always fun. Its nice to both trust and enjoy your mechanics.

They had my car in within a couple of days, solved the brake problem, and had me out promptly. Service is always friendly and courteous across the whole range of employees. I worry when it's time to replace my car that I might end up choosing a brand Moss Alley doesn't service.

I have used Moss Alley exclusively for five years. They always do a thorough job and actually will tell you when they think something doesn't need to be done. On the one or two occasions when an item was less than perfect (not necessarily their fault, either), they corrected it promptly with no resistence and great convenience. Although I might be interested in a different make of car in the future as a replacement, I may stay with Subaru just so I can keep Moss Alley.

It's the only place I take my Toyota for service. Knowledgeable staff who works for their customers' interests - they are not there to steal your money like most dealerships. They have recommended on several occasions I can hold off on certain services that can be done at later maintenance interval. How cool is that?! There is no wifi, flat-screen tv, espresso maker or shuttle service but I can live without those things for quality services at a reasonable price. Go see Donovan and team.
