Getting my acura ready for a long road trip. They were very thorough, and kept me posted on what the charges would amount to for the complete job.

i drive a 1988 toyota landcruiser. she's my baby and i'm very particular about who works on her. i had been taking her to toyota seattle until last year when i had a bad experience there. i've always known about moss alley but for some reason didn't think of taking my truck there until someone else suggested it. wow! what a wonderful experience!!! i stopped in last week to discuss the work i needed done and felt like i was their most important customer right from the beginning. i tend to ask a lot of questions about the work that will be done and donovan was very patient with me. maybe it helped that he was a classic car owner himself. then when i brought it in the other day (donovan was out of town) aj treated me with the same vip customer service. when i went to pick up my truck david, the mechanic who worked on it, came out to my truck and went over a few things with me. i felt like he really cared about both me and my truck and i could tell he took pride in his work. so now i'm a moss alley convert. if you're looking for a shop with excellent mechanics and awesome customer service and care then look no further than moss alley!

Been going here for years (I think 4 different cars now), Donovan is great, the work is honest, first rate and they are always up front. One time they even found out that a burned out headlight was under factory warranty and saved me significant $. Will keep going back, wouldn't go elsewhere

I showed up unannounced on a Monday morning with a check engine light on. Kendra fit me right in, and didn't even need to ask my name to pull up my file. By mid-morning Kendra called with a diagnosis and a thorough explanation on the details of the situation (which gave me confidence to move ahead despite the high price tag). And by the end of the day I had a repaired car. Moss Alley scores high once again in my book.

Work always done on time and in a professional manner. I think they are honest and will only do what is necessary but tell you what to watch for or what will be needed in the future.

The quick service to get my car back within just an hour and a half of dropping it off was outstanding. I refer everyone to you that I can.
